February Empties

Yes, there is another empties post in store for you all, yet my only question is if this justifies the haul post that I did last week...or the one that is coming up? Either way, there is nothing I like more than pumping out that last bit of product and throwing it into the box (a Jo Malone box, in fact) and storing it away until I remember to document it up on here.

First up, for body moisturizer, I finished off (yet another) bottle of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula. For cookie scented goodness and a good thick layer of moisture, look no further than the white bottle with the orange lable, yet beware - this contains mineral oil...not too fab. I'm on the look out for another body moisturizer, so I need your help.

For night time nourishment, the Yes To range is a great option. The cucumber night cream is perfect for more normal, combination skins, whereas the carrots night cream is definitely more for dryer skins. These are great budget buys, but I'm on the hunt for more nourishing things that pack an extra punch other than just moisture.

Toned I am (on my face of course), and I've used up a bottle of the Body Shop Tea Tree Toner. Although I can be quite "spotty" at times, I don't think this really did anything for my skin. The first ingredient is alcohol, which I can understand, as it is for oily skin, but even if you could fry an egg upon your face, you really shouldn't be putting alcohol on it.

As soon as winter rolls around, my lips go from drab to fab, thus explaining why I used a up pot of the LUSH Bubblegum Lip Scrub. The scent is probably more well suited for a five year old (not too chic, eh?), but it does the job. Plus - I've already repurchased...in the Popcorn flavor (which I think was limited edition).

Speaking of winter and hydration, the Caudalie Beauty Elixir and Grape Water have become staples in my skincare routine. The beauty elixir is amazing as a toner or makeup refreshing spray. It reduces redness dramatically (no tomato faces here) and leaves your skin glowy and perfect. For hydration, the Caudalie Grape Water mixes hydration and soothing benefits in one. I did a post comparing both of these here, but (if I'm honest) I prefer to have both.

As the last stop on my "used up skincare routine," we're talking something that's got spots figured out. The Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream is amazing when you'r feeling a bit oily and a bit spotty. It's really gentle, smells amazing, and leaves your skin feeling really nice. Although you may be rushing out the door now to buy this, I think there are better things (hello, Origins Super Spot Remover).

Natural mascara lovers, UNITE with the Model Co Fibre Lash Extend Mascara - a ridiculously lengthening mascara that gives you a ridiculous natural lash look. For my personal taste, I prefer more big Texas volume (not really, but you get the gist), so this mascara left me wanting more, but for those super duper über natural lash lovers, click and add to cart.

Now that you've seen the stocks, does this justify another haul? You tell me...because I'm open to a shopping buddy.
